Where do you deliver?
We deliver to mainland England and Wales only.
How soon will my order be delivered?
Our delivery days are Tuesday to Saturday. We do not delivery Sunday, Monday or Bank holidays.
If ordered on a Monday before 11am your order will be delivered on Wednesday
If ordered on a Tuesday before 11am your order will be delivered on Thursday
If ordered on Wednesday before 11am your order will be delivered on Friday
If ordered on Thursday before 11am your order will be delivered on Saturday
If ordered on Friday before 11am your order will be delivered on Tuesday
If ordered on Saturday, Sunday or Monday your order will be delivered on Wednesday
Which couriers do you use?
We use DPD for our delivery service, and you will receive a tracking number once your order has been picked. Please ensure your DPD delivery preferences are up to date and that someone is available to receive the delivery at the scheduled time.
How do I store my pasties?
Your pasties need to be kept in the freezer until you are ready to bake.
How can I tell which pasties are which in a mixed box?
All our pasties will be packaged and labelled for easy identification, along with cooking instructions, allergens, and nutritional information. Alternatively, you can refer to the pasty markings on the thank you card included in the box.
Do your pasties contain allergens?
Some of our products contain allergens including gluten, dairy, and eggs. Full allergen information can be found on each product page when ordering or in the allergens section on our main webpage.
Are your pasties genuine Cornish Pasties?
Yes... We only sell genuine, authentic hand-crimped Cornish pasties (made in our bakery, cooked in your kitchen)
