1. Website Terms and Conditions of Supply
Please read these terms and conditions carefully before purchasing any products from our website. These terms explain important information about your order, delivery, payment, and your rights as a customer.

3. Orders and Acceptance
Once you place an order through our online checkout process, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt of your order. Please note that this acknowledgement does not mean your order has been accepted.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order for reasons including, but not limited to:
3.1 Products are unavailable.
3.2 We are unable to authorise your payment.
3.3 There has been an error in the pricing or description of the products.
3.4 Your delivery address falls outside our delivery network.
4. Delivery/Shipping Policy
4.1 We use DPD for product deliveries seven days a week to mainland England and Wales ONLY.
4.2 Please note we do not deliver on bank holidays. Delivery charges will be displayed during checkout.
4.3 Orders will be delivered to the address provided at the time of purchase.
4.4 If you experience any issues with your delivery or the products received, please contact us using the details provided in the Contact Us section of our website.
4.5 All our products are dispatched via DPD, all orders placed before 10am will be delivered the next day before 12pm. Our delivery days are Tuesday to Saturday. We do not delivery Sunday, Monday or Bank holidays. We will supply you with a delivery time, date and tracking number once your order has been processed and picked.
4.6 You are responsible for ensuring that someone is available to receive your order on the delivery date provided, as products must be placed in a freezer immediately upon arrival. Fully defrosted food products must not be refrozen.
4.7 Delivery is considered complete and responsibility for the products passes to you once DPD confirms delivery of your order to the address supplied.
4.8 Ownership of the products transfers to you only after full payment has been received, including any additional applicable delivery charges.
5. Payment
We accept payment by Visa, Mastercard, and American Express credit and debit cards. We do not accept payment by cash or cheque. Your credit card or debit card will be charged when the products are ordered.
